Anywhere Real Estate Lead Engineer Software Engineering - US Based Remote in Miami, Florida

We seek a passionate Lead Software Engineer with proven experience in React/Next. This senior role requires excellent technical skills, strong delivery, collaboration, leadership, communication, and documentation abilities. Full-stack experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop flexible, scalable, and resilient software solutions.

  • Align solutions with technical strategy, standards, and best practices.

  • Conduct design and code reviews.

  • Promote an automation-first approach for product delivery and support.

  • Analyze, design, and validate solutions.

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Product Team to refine business requirements.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and satisfaction criteria.

  • Build and maintain relationships to support team goals.

  • Provide thought leadership and clear communication to team members and partners.

  • Embrace change and adopt new technologies to support evolving business goals.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years in Agile Development Teams.

  • 10+ years with HTML/CSS.

  • 5+ years with React/Modern JS Frameworks.

  • 3+ years with test automation tools like Cypress.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points:

  • 5+ years with Node.js and data structures.

  • Experience ensuring UI/UX design feasibility.

  • Experience converting web and mobile designs into code.
