We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Clerk to join our team in Doral. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong passion for international business, excellent interpersonal skills, and an organized, task-oriented work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of shipping, booking, and customer communication for export goods.

• Coordinate with warehouses to guarantee accurate packing and timing of exports.

• Preparation of all required shipping documentation in alignment with regulations and customer requirements.

• Liaise with relevant parties such as freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers to ensure a smooth export process.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in an export or logistics role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.

• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with export processes and documentation is highly desired.
