We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead process improvements. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with long-term goals.

• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Lead and mentor department heads, fostering professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

• Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.

• Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to evaluate and improve operational outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with HR, finance, marketing, and other departments for cohesive operations.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 8–10 years of operations management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in operational planning and familiarity with tools such as ERP systems.

• Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management are a plus.
