About the role and what you’ll be doing:

AsOperational Director, Monitoring, you will be driving the operational and engineering aspects of these services for Ensono’s clients. You will be building and leading a team of 30 associates globally, with expertise in monitoring Operating Systems, Databases, Network, Virtual and Storage Backup components. You will be responsible for ensuring monitoring are contiguously functioning, generating alerts and tickets properly, along with adopting of AI/ML use to achieve utmost granular and efficient data.

  • Oversee global team members responsible for Ensono’s Distributed Monitoring Tools, consisting of BMC Truesight, BMC Helix, Entuity, VMWare Aria and several others

  • Responsible for complete support, management and , lifecycle, sustainability and availability of Ensono’s Distributed Monitoring Tools

  • Lead and design integrated Monitoring Solutions to ITSM system for Ensono’s Clients

  • Design, Plan and Enable adoption of AI & ML learning to Ensono’s Monitoring environment, with goal of proactive prevention of incident from becoming

  • Manage Capital and Expense budget related to licenses, usage and support of Ensono’s monitoring tools

  • Contiguous evaluation for best of breed tool & practices for monitoring and visibility purposes, establish strong relationships with associated vendors

  • Establish strong process empowered with automation for audit intention, to ensure components that are Ensono’s responsibility for management are indeed done properly

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, through process enhancement and automation maturity

  • Collaborate with Ensono’s Product, Security and Operational Teams to prioritize Corporate Programs and Projects, aligning resources accordingly

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with responsibility of managing infrastructure technology and operations

  • 10+ years of experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Monitoring Tools such as BMC, Entuity, DataDog, or similar

  • Positive influencing verbal and written skills to build relationship and to lead

  • Ability to think outside the box, holistically about processes that impact the business engagement, and continually refine processes

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL reference models

  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives, driving change and innovation

  • Excellent written and communication along with interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to thrive in independent and collaborative fast-paced environment, managing priorities properly

  • Familiarity with industry best practices, standard and compliance requirement especially ones relevant to financial services field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Master’s degree in information technology related field

  • Advanced ITIL, including ITIL v3 and v4, certification or training

  • Experience on AI/ML integration into ITSM practices is a plus
