The Community Management Professional 2 cultivates the organization's social community through community advocacy programs and active engagement with community members. The Community Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Community Management Professional 2 builds visibility and credibility of organization's products and services throughout community via chats, posts, and interactions. Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections among community members. Engages new community members. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with community-based organization, healthcare or government programs serving Medicaid beneficiaries or vulnerable populations
Proficient in general administration and data management systems
Knowledge of and ability to navigate community resources
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented, and a team player
Comfortable Public Speaking
Strong knowledge of CBO/FBO operating structures, SDOH and health equity
Understanding of marketing, social media and public relations and its connection to a field-based role
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently interact with external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and Medicaid members representing a wide array of cultures, experiences and socioeconomic backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
Background in community outreach, education and/or nonprofits, marketing
Experience in supporting Medicaid health plans and/or underserved populations
Understanding of the unique geography and culture of Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties
Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Additional Requirements / Adherence
Work Style: Combination remote work at home and travel within Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time/ Occasional weekend Requirements
Travel:
50-75% travel to public/community outreach events, community-based councils, committees, etc.
Occasional overnight/weekend stays, as needed to meet business needs
Driver’s License, Insurance, and Automobile Policy:
Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the state of Florida, as required
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program, therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage
Remote Work at Home Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$52,500 - $72,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
