Description

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely payments from customers. This role is crucial in maintaining cash flow and financial stability for our organization. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for negotiation, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances.

• Negotiate payment plans and establish solutions for delinquent accounts.

• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and customer interactions.

• Process payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes with clients.

• Work closely with the accounts receivable and finance teams.

• Provide reports on collection efforts, delinquency rates, and account statuses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in [Accounting software, Collections software, Microsoft Excel, etc.]

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts

• Knowledge of credit and collection laws and best practices
