The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Catering Sales Manager to our Off Premise Catering Sales team in Miami, FL. As a catering sales manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently to sell and produce events for a variety of market segments. Previous experience with luxury clients and high end events/ catering is necessary. Please have strong connections in the Miami Market and have a motivated, go- getter approach to building your business and brand.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining positive relationships with established event locations, and identifying potential new locations.

• Responding to and acting on client questions and needs, including menu selections, logistics, and equipment acquisition.

• Developing new client relationships and building on outreach opportunities.

• Following up with clients after events to receive feedback.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least five years’ experience in event planning, sales, or event management.

• At least five years’ experience in hospitality or catering.

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• College education in a relevant field

Salary:

Base Plus Commission. All is about $110, 000 - $120,000
