Robert Half Budget Analyst in Miami, Florida

Description

We are looking to hire a diligent and detail-oriented Bilingual Budget Analyst fluent in Spanish and English to assist with our company's financial planning. This individual will be tasked with developing and managing our financial plans, working closely alongside different departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data, and drafting budget reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong numeric competence, and the ability to communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify our company's financial status.

  • Conduct comparative analyses and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits.

  • Build and update financial models to support budgeting and decision-making processes.

  • Prepare and present budget reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to develop budgets and financial plans.

  • Monitor spending to ensure that it remains within budget.

  • Provide an explanation and interpretation of budget reports to stakeholders.

  • Stay current with industry trends and forecast changes in the economic environment.

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders, both verbally and in written format.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.

  • Proven experience as a budget analyst or a similar role in financial operations.

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and financial software applications.

  • Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
