Description We are seeking a Back End Developer to join our team located in Miami, Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new platform, focusing on the design, development, and architecture of the backend infrastructure. As an integral part of our team, you will make pivotal decisions that will influence the long-term scalability and performance of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, with frameworks such as Django or FastAPI

• Design, implement, and manage robust PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to facilitate efficient data retrieval and manipulation, supporting critical backend services and user-facing functionalities

• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and scalable architectures

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure a high standard of reliability and functionality

• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities

• Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Bug Tracking, Client Side Scripting, Cross-Platform, Ajax, AngularJS, CSS, Design, and Framework to ensure effective and efficient operations. Requirements • Proven experience in Backend Development

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking to resolve issues and maintain software quality

• Knowledge in Client Side Scripting to create user-friendly web interfaces

• Ability to work on Cross-Platform development for compatibility across different systems

• Understanding of Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Experience in AngularJS for creating dynamic web applications

• Proficiency in CSS for website design and layout

• Strong design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
