Position: Full-Time Entry-Level Accounting Clerk (A/P)

Location: Downtown Miami, FL (No Parking Provided)

Kick-start your accounting career with us! We're seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Accounting Clerk to join our Accounts Payable (A/P) team in a government office setting in Downtown Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for accounts payable.

  • Assist with data entry and ensure accurate financial records.

  • Reconcile account statements and assist with monthly reporting.

  • Maintain organized files and support other finance team tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position; ideal for recent graduates or those starting in accounting.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (experience in A/P is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for working in a team environment.
