Luxury Fashion company looking for an experienced A/P Specialist with experience in SAP software!

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of a large volume of invoices

• Utilize accounting software systems such as SAP and Concur for various accounting tasks

• Maintain and manage detailed accounts payable records

• Handle account coding and ensure it aligns with company standards

• Regularly monitor and review customer accounts, taking necessary actions when needed

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing business processes

• Apply knowledge of accrual accounting principles in daily tasks

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy

• Handle transactions via the Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• Post payments and ensure they are correctly reflected in the system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in account coding is a must for effective execution of responsibilities.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems is necessary for seamless workflow.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable for optimal job performance.

• Proficiency in using Concur is required for managing expenses and invoices.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential for efficient management of resources.

• Understanding of accounting functions is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing outgoing payments.

• Familiarity with accrual accounting is needed for recording company's financial transactions.

• Auditing skills are required for ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is essential for dealing with electronic money transfer.
