Accounting Manager opening

Location: Doral

Schedule: standard Monday to Friday with some extended hours

Salary: $95-$100,000

Bonus: Discretionary

Company Overview: Reputable brand provider of services related to construction for municipality and private sector. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's of Accounting, This is a CPA leadership culture, however a CPA is not required.

The Accounting Manager report to Controller and CFO and supervises a small team. Keys to the role are full cycle accounting, fixed assets and inventory reconciling. Duties include: Oversight of Accounts Payable, payments and Accounts Receivables, review of daily cash postings and bank reconciliations; recording entries and review of Financial Statements and any discrepancies; Accruals, Fixed Assets and Depreciation reporting; Roll forwards; Cost reports and variances in materials; Inventory reconciliations; providing information to auditors, Month end close; tax, 1099s and other compliance submittals, Knowledge of USGAAP. The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is very helpful.

Requirements

Bachelors of Accounting preferred

Accounting Supervisor experience

Any experience from construction or related services involving Fixed Assets, Inventory and/or Costing is a plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly needed
