We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounting Clerk will play a key role in supporting the department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.

• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.

• Matching invoices with PO's.

• Maintain and organize financial records`.

• Assist in preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger.

• Address discrepancies and resolve account-related issues promptly.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and data management, to support the accounting team.
