Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Assistant in Miami, Florida. This role involves a variety of accounting functions in the construction industry, with a focus on maintaining and tracking financial documents and working with bank statements.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Familiarity with A1A-document and ability to keep track of payments

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems such as QuickBooks Online and Excel for maintaining spreadsheets

• Experience in performing bank reconciliations

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform auditing tasks

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services, CaseWare, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning will be an added advantage Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CaseWare

• Knowledge of Concur

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Competency in various Accounting Functions

• Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skill in Auditing

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Proficiency with Quickbooks Online
