Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Miami Beach, Florida

Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. These tasks will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and managing email correspondence.

• Maintain and update customer records accurately.

• Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.

• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks efficiently.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound calls.

• Ensure customer accounts are monitored and appropriate action is taken when necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers

• Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Experience or willingness to learn how to schedule appointments effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to adapt to changing work demands and schedules.
