A day in the life of...

The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for gathering data and updating reports in a timely and accurate manner to assist business users in decision making. Ensures the existing reports are up and running. The Data Operations Specialist may need to interpret, provide meaningful analysis for decision making.

• Responsible in generating, collating, updating reports and providing meaningful analysis in a timely and accurate manner to help drive business decisions.

• Ensure PowerBI reports are updated and refreshed on a timely manner

• Identify, update, and troubleshoot reporting inaccuracies in a timely manner

• Document standard operating procedures and quick reference guides for the entire report creation process.

What will make you successful

1. Graduates of Business, Accounting, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and other related fields

2. Minimum of 1 year Data Analytics, Reporting or or a related field

3. Proficient in reporting tools and methodologies; Preferably with experience on Power BI

4. Strong understanding of data and its analysis

5. Ability to derive insights from data and effectively communicate them

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

7. Familiar with database and ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

8. Experience working in a corporate and multicultural setting is a plus
