As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Contract Logistics in Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future. We're looking for a strategic thinker and a passionate leader who can drive our talent acquisition efforts to new heights.
Your Role
The role leads recruitment for the Contract Logistics business unit across the Latina America Region, including office roles, start-up operations, and high-volume recruitment for fulfillment and delivery (warehouse) roles.
Your Responsibilities
Oversees the end-to-end recruitmentprocess for Contract Logistics across Latin America region.
Meets regularly and builds strongrelationships with Contract Logistics and Human Resources leaders to ensurerecruitment and sourcing activities are aligned with current business goals andupcoming customer needs.
Tracks and analyzes recruitment datarelated to team performance, shares regular and comprehensive reports withbusiness leaders.
Manages vendor relationships andmaintains agency relationships responsible for Contract Logistics recruitmentpreferred suppliers.
Works closely with the Talent Attractionand Sourcing leader to oversee talent pipelining activities.
Utilizes talent mapping insights toinform and advise stakeholders.
Point of contact for strategic talentattraction activities pertaining to Contract Logistics including internal andexternal campaigns, events/networking groups, job boards and partnerships.
Ensures workload is adequately allocatedacross the team according to capabilities and complexity of work.
Manages team performance- sets clearperformance goals, provide continuous direction, tracks individual performance,provides timely feedback, documents performance concerns, conducts regular 1:1meetings and annual performance reviews.
Manages Contract Logistics Latin Americarecruitment team budget.
Collaborate with talent acquisition leadersand business leaders to align short- and long-term recruitment strategies with ContractLogistics hiring goals- engage stakeholders to provide strategic insights andactionable recommendations that align with business goals.
Plays a key role in start-up operationsacross Latin America and drives recruitment plan and direction
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a people manager.
Experience with high-volume recruitment, preferably in freightforwarding or warehousing light manufacturing type environment.
Sense of urgency.
Demonstrated experience in managing a team and prioritizingworkloads.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
Fluency in Portuguese will be considered a significant advantage.
