About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Revenue Ops Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical for ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and supporting our Business Development (BD) efforts through data management, reporting, and CRM optimization. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with Business Development Managers, Business Analysts, and Marketing to ensure that our Business Development opportunities are accurately tracked and reported.
Key Responsibilities
Generate weekly reports and update BD opportunities across various dashboards using Salesforce (CRM).
Manage the lead qualification and distribution process for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, ensuring potential opportunities are properly routed.
Attending key conferences and other events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Marketing, and Business Analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Handle data management tasks, ensuring accuracy in reports and dashboards.
Maintain CRM systems like Salesforce, optimizing them for efficient workflows.
Prepare presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in English; and basic Portuguese is a plus.
Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Proficiency in data management and reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using G Suite.
Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
