The Role

Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities)

• Strategic Regional Business Partner of the Regional Management Lead and act as the point of contact in Operations related areas

• Coordinate and collaborate with teams responsible for generating financial reports & analysis, explain content to management and business partners, with focus on accuracy.

• Lead regional implementation of global methods, processes and strategies to drive performance, efficiency and profitability.

• Coordinate and prepare all information related to the monthly operations review; consider a Vice President communication.

• Audit support and responsible of quality control

• Drive Regional Reporting and Regional Staff Meetings.

• Accurately identifies conflicts and issues that may impact the availability, integrity or completeness of data.

• Support the implementation of the Program Management Governance.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Behavior (Knowledge and Skills)

• Broad and deep understanding of real estate, construction and facilities lifecycle

• Deep experience conducting financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.

• Consistently manages deadlines.

• Communication with top.

• Ability to research, identify and recommend system changes.

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual and creative thinking aptitude.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, and respond to sensitive issues.

• Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work.

• Can balance structure with a Continuous Improvement approach.

• Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder process.

• Demonstrated ability to work within and lead a matrixed team across multiple geographies and time zones.

• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to independently develop initiatives.

• Program orientation, blending strategic thinking and detailed tactical planning.
