The Key Account Manager Mining and Muni focuses on the sales growth of Hach Process, McCrometer, and Aquafine, targeting the increase of the Installed Base and protecting the Base Business for the identified key accounts all around Mexico.

This position is part of the Information Technology team, located in CDMX and will be on site.

Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of Strategic and Action Plans for selected opportunities, including coordinating strategic actions across multiple territories, businesses, and marketing units.

  • Develop key accounts and create strategic relationships with assigned key accounts to build a network based on credibility, quality solutions, and long-term relationships.

  • Manage annual or multi-year contracts for the Hach Lab base business (expansion and protection of the Base Business).

  • Manage opportunities using a proactive approach to drive funnel opportunities to success.

  • Align external and internal stakeholders for opportunity management.

  • Use training, joint visits, or active coaching to share best practices and multiply learning.

  • Seek projects that include complex solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, process technology, or related technology field is required.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting solutions sales.

  • Extensive experience in project management, strategy, sales/marketing, and/or business development.

  • Knowledge and experience as a sales leader or business development and/or consulting in a large company.

  • Approximately 60% travel required.
