Our Team:

On this role, you will assure the security of the company, by rating the security and reported incidents to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures implemented, in order to align a progressive reduction of reported incidents. You will be in charge of training and open discussions, Measure the participation and effectiveness of training programs and open discussions by number of participants in accordance with compliance with local authorities

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Program and its management with the different areas of the company. It will be based on corporate HSE standards including existing audit points.

  • Deliver HSE training for Administrative and FDV personnel in coordination with Medical Service and P&C.

  • Actively participate in accident analysis with labor related accidents, documenting the findings, reporting to relevant authorities if necessary, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all the involve institutions.

  • Incident Management: Identify potential health, safety and environmental risks that could escalate into a crisis. This includes conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring that all identified risks are documented and monitored.

  • Supervise the external medical Service through the review of activities, establishment and follow-up of annual objectives.

  • Perform specific functions as requested as Project Manager.

  • Ensure compliance with travel security policies, control and monitoring of international travelers.

  • Support risk assessment in hotels and sites for Company events, in coordination with Security. Preventive personal safety training for international travelers, EXPATS, VIE and non-local employees.

  • Follow up the ROAD SAFETY program to detect high-risk drivers and those who require timely follow-up and training.

  • Coordinate the operation and compliance of the Road Safety Committee involving all relevant areas.

  • Implement in transversal cooperation with the business Sanofi Sustainability Pillars

  • Support and follow up the destruction and waste management process of the commercial operation.

  • Regularly monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to the terms outlined in the work permit, local regulations and Life Saving Rules

About you

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering (Specialty Safety and Health / Master´s Degree Safety and Health?

Experience : Wide experience in Health, Safety and Environment among the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical skills : Analytical skills, Excellent presentation / communication / influencing skills, Strong change management skills, energy, proactivity and passion

Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish
