If so, the Fulfillment Experience Organization is looking for an External Fulfillment Program Manager that will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the tactical programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most strategic logistical initiatives. Candidates for the Program Manager role must be capable of diving deep into data while simultaneously thinking big, coordinate the delivery of straightforward projects/goals that optimize for cost, speed, and, most importantly, Customer experience. The candidate must be able to communicate and influence leadership of cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
Manage diverse seller programs expansion, performance, configuration and speed strategy
Remove supply chain network blockers to enable projects feasibility
Continuously propose disruptive ideas to improve pickup programs performance
Ensure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed
Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and operations teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
Optimize cross-team previously defined processes. Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
Facilitates progress, identifies blockers and communicates across various stakeholders towards the alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard.
Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of supply chain experience
2+ years of progressive responsibility in program management
2+ years of driving process improvements
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Excellent English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL
Strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience on Sellers or Pick Up programs.
