The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison among stakeholders working with them to deliver digital & technology solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
About you:
The D&T Business Analyst – Logistics will be a key contributor to the delivery of digital transformation projects primarily within the Supply function with a focus on projects within the Americas region. This role will be accountable for partnering with the Supply teams in the NAM and LATAM regions in delivering projects aligned with their priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise and communicate with Supply key users, senior stakeholders and D&T regional teams on initiatives prioritised within the D&T and business funded portfolio and recommend solutions enabling the organisation to achieve its goal.
Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the Customer Service & Logistics products and solutions used to manage and transform operations.
Elicits, analyses and validates requirements for changes to business process and policies, and translates them into well-defined product requirements including test scenarios.
Supports the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology in partnership with D&T Technical resources and Business leads.
Solution Development:
Define Business Requirements & Gaps to defined solution standards.
Design Process, Data and Technology to fulfil requirements working with business users, solution vendors, consultants and SMEs.

Build Knowledge & Competency among user population
Build the Solution
Test the Solution
Deploy the Solution
Stabilize Operations
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, 3rd-party vendors and consultants, and user enablement.
Ensures our technology investments and products are well integrated across the Supply Value Stream to create efficiency, enable growth and lower support costs.
Qualifications and Experience Required
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent industry experience.
3 to 5 years of responsibilities in a business analyst role with significant solution delivery experience.
It is a requirement to have extensive knowledge and experience of working with SAP ERP processes and data, primarily in the area of Sales & Distribution, including the capability to document and review functional designs. An SAP certification would be highly beneficial.
Excellent communication skills demonstrated through high quality documentation of requirements, use cases, solution design, testing scenarios and testing outcomes.
Experience in driving process improvement through LEAN Six Sigma or other methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships.
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and lead cross-functional teams.
Training or knowledge of supported business domain areas.
Flexible Working options / Travel requirements
It is our goal to reach greater flexibility of resources, which we recognize, may require a greater level of mobility and travel from some of our teams. For this role we anticipate the percentage of travel to be maximum 40%. Pattern of travel will be dependent on the needs of individual initiatives.
