IQVIA Data Team Lead, Real World Evidence in Mexico City, Mexico
Job Overview
Manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects with minimal guidance. Ensure quality deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. Offer comprehensive data management expertise to the Data Management (DM) team, delivering high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. Provide leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out, including financial management, communications, and milestone deliverables. Serve as the Data Team Lead (DTL).
Essential Functions
Gather study setup requirements through discussions and communications with relevant stakeholders.
Support and oversee the validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
Perform and oversee regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data and timely deliverables to sponsors.
Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations.
Ensure services and quality meet agreed-upon timelines and deliverables as outlined in the contract/Scope of Work (SOW), with guidance.
Support the training of new joiners.
Lead internal study meetings, internal/sponsor audits, and participate in study kick-off meetings and other sponsor meetings.
Track and manage projects, oversee progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
Manage and oversee the implementation of new technology or database revisions, with guidance.
Collaborate closely with the programming team for process innovation and automation.
Comply with training and eSOP reading requirements.
Provide expert review and opinions in developing, revising, and maintaining core operating procedures and working instructions.
Foster collaborative communication with the Line Manager and other team members across functions.
Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.
3-4 years of direct data management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead preferred.
Fluency in spoken and advanced written English.
Proficiency in advanced computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
