This is a great choice for an ambitious doer, maker and innovator, we are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business...

Reporting to our Business Intelligence Manager this Coordinator is responsible of managing and providing deep business analysis to decision making for the commercial area. BI.C advise on key action plans to ensure business KPI health supported by key information related to channels and market behavior. BI.C actively participates on ABP Process by providing hard data risks and opportunities. Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible of merchandisers budget management and control.

Also it works as a commercial strategy consultant to identify Market & Financial threads and opportunities, ensures Data & Analytics harmonization (Sell In – Sell Out & Nielsen), interchange best practices with latam peers (Latam Homologation).

Actively participates on Annual Business Plan (ABP) & QF’s process sharing category trends, Price Increase Calculation, Catch Up Opp’s and Identify risks and opportunities for our commercial goals.

Monthly tracking of business net invoice and net sales per Customer / Category: NI / NS Tracker per Customer / Category, Product cuts analysis, Forecast accuracy per Client and Roll Back’s.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?.....

  • Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

  • Experience in Massive Consume (FMCG) companies.

  • 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence.

  • Financial KPI´s analysis (P&L, rollbacks, planeación de ABP)

  • Strong Financial Abilities.

  • Strategic thinking

  • Strong Abilities in Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Strongly Oriented to Drive Results

  • Data management

  • Excel proeficiency

  • Fluent English Verbal and Written(this is a must and will be evaluated in a call)

  • Good Organization Skills.

  • Team player (works closely to multidisciplinary teams internally and externally)

  • Detailed oriented / Focus on data quality

  • Proactivity and adaptability

  • Specific Accountabilities

  • Power BI

  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.
