Collaborate with project leads to design, develop, deliver, and improve our innovative products, programs, and services, ensuring flawless processes and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Build exceptional support materials, presentations, and tools to align with department strategies.

• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver working group materials and communications per established timelines.

• Support process improvement initiatives, and lead simple projects to optimize performance.

• Participate in initiatives to improve and assess compliance with processes, systems, training, and communications.

• Complete special projects and administrative tasks as required.

• Train team members to achieve proven results.
