The role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:

On-Site Monitoring Analyst

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full-time | Office: México | On site

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Notification of alerts and incidents to administrators

• Attention to incidents and requirements of low level or complexity in the different platforms.

• Review of the status of the backups of the platforms to be managed.

• Report backup failures to platform administrators.

• Identify alerts and incidents that may be related to each other.

• Generate Customer Alert Notifications.

• knowledge transfer.

What we need to see from you

Profile: Technician/Technologist or professional in Systems, Electronic, Software or related careers. With experience and knowledge with operation, monitoring and execution of basic procedures of On-premise platforms and the Office365

Required skills:

• Equipment maintenance at hardware and software level (printers, VPN and technical diagnostics)

• Experience with management tools, equipment support and incident management.

• Basic knowledge of Windows servers.

• Basic knowledge of Office365 services.

• Knowledge of office tools.

• Basic Knowledge in Databases

• English B1
