What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

• Provides general support to our Manager and Team Members, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

• Answer direct phone calls.

• Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed notes.

• Prepare business presentations.

• Order office supplies and daily contact with vendors.

• Submit and reconcile expense reports.

• Provide general support to visitors and vendors.

• Administrative duties and special projects as required.

• Performs varied secretarial and clerical duties.

• Classifies and code invoices in Coupa system.

• Reports team members attendance in ITAS system.

• Interact with the corresponding departments regarding team member administration duties.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

• Arranging travel and hotel accommodations.

• Organize meetings and town halls.

• Act as point of contact for internal and external clients and vendors.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Position Required: Full time position based at Mexico City International Airport

• Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• High school diploma or above

• Previous administrative experience

• Full command of Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & presentation skills

• Writing and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent customer service and software handling skills.

• Dynamic and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Above average administrative skills.
