Efficient Storage: Organizing the storage of products and materials to maximize space and facilitate access.
Order Preparation: Coordinating the selection and preparation of products for shipping, ensuring deadlines are met.
Safety Maintenance: Implementing and supervising safety measures to protect staff and goods.
Process Control: Ensuring that material handling procedures are properly followed to minimize errors and losses.
Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on warehouse performance, analyzing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Staff Training: Training new employees on safety practices and warehouse procedures.
