Analista de Capital Humano
Es responsable de realizar labores de nivel profesional cuyo propósito es la realización de diagnósticos de cultura y efectividad organizacional, soporte al desarrollo del recurso humano, ayuda en el manejo de cambio organizacional, participación en programas de vida y carrera y coordinación de los programas de capacitación y desarrollo de personal
Escolaridad:Licenciatura en Psicología, administración o afín.
Disponibilidad para viajar: No requerida
Idiomas:Inglés 80%
Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en manejo de grupos de trabajo.
Competencias Técnicas:
Manejo de sistemas de detección de necesidades.
Manejo de técnicas de Desarrollo Organizacional (Team Building, Sociogramas).
Manejo de técnicas y métodos didácticos actualizados.
Diseño, implementación y evaluación de eventos de capacitación y desarrollo
