Oracle ACS Business Process Methodology Consultant Lead in METRO MANILA, Philippines

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Methodology Consultant Lead to join our team to play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing and monitoring efficient process, tools, policies and procedures for the rapidly-growing NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization. This team member will be responsible for collaborating with all levels of ACS team members to understand existing methodologies aligned to each ACS Service offering and then, under the guidance of their management team create aligned, efficient and streamlined solutions on a global scale. They will also support development of enablement materials and support and/or drive enablement sessions for ACS resources to ensure full alignment of understanding on methodology assets/tools.

Qualifications :

  • 6-10+ years of Operations or Professional Services Consulting experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, process improvement, or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of NetSuite preferred

  • Proven ability to provide guidance to and aid in development of less senior team members

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to extract insights from large datasets

  • Prior experience as a Methodology Consultant or Project Manager is a plus

  • Must be a self-starter with sound decision making skills

  • Ability to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure completion within a timely manner

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

  • Must be able to function as a Lead point of contact with the team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

  • An ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision

  • Advanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at a minimum)

  • Excellent knowledge of specific industry regulations and standards

  • Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

  • Act as a methodology consultant Lead as founding member of the ACS Methodology team.

  • Provide methodology guidance to and aid in development of less senior team members.

  • Work with management/leadership team in a lead role in implementing methodology processes and strategies within the ACS organization.

  • Develop strong relationships with the ACS organizational representatives.

  • In short turnaround, establish a deep understanding of ACS global subscription offerings.

  • Collaborate with various NetSuite organizations to understand ACS cross-functional intersections and needs.

  • Create detailed implementation standards, tools, and support methodology processes and documentation to ensure consistency across global ACS delivery teams.

  • Drive all projects to completion by creating, tracking and driving project management plans.

  • Build proactive and positive relationships with peers, managers, Executive Leaders, and Customer Success teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
