The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\ \ Meet the team:\ \ Come drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement and distribution excellence leading a logistics organization responsible for receiving, storing and distributing life changing Dexcom medical devices every day.\ \ Where you come in:
- You will lead a team of 100+ logistics personnel across a 24/7 operation driving the receipt, storage, order fulfillment and distribution of material.
- You will ensure all operational activities performed comply with industry and company safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
- You will lead the daily operations of the largest Dexcom operated distribution center, including, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping of product via multiple distribution channels.
- You will develop and lead team of logistics staff through hiring, training and performance management.
- You will optimize inventory management and control efficiency through process execution and audit validation.
- You will have a strong focus on continuous improvement focused on increased velocity, reduced waste and financial efficiency.
- You will develop and manage a budget including labor, equipment, and other suppliers and activities.
- You will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to align to both internal performance and customer expectations.
- You will lead through facts and data to analyze challenges and opportunities to drive quick and decisive solutions.
- You will collaborate cross functionally with process partners such as Commercial Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, and Procurement to ensure a streamlined flow of material to downstream customers.

\ Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
