Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our production floor, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.

• Train and mentor production staff.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in fabrication or CNC machining is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of MRP systems is a plus.

• Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing and assembly processes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
