Mobile HVAC Maintenance

Phoenix, AZ

$30-$35/hr

Responsibilities

  • Operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

  • Assure the equipment is maintained efficiently, and safely, and downtime is minimized through proactive repairs and record-keeping.

  • Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems, equipment, and components.

  • Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws and attend periodic training seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HVAC Skills on commercial or residential units minimum

  • Handyman skills – Plumbing, electrical, fit and finish

  • Universal CFC certification required
