Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support thousands of drivers across the country using two-way audio and video communication. You will verify necessary specifications on trucks, coordinate and communicate updates daily, and assist with arrivals, loading, unloading, and departures at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers. This role requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong technical skills.
Responsibilities
Support drivers using two-way audio and video communication
Verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and trailers
Coordinate and communicate updates with all parties involved in warehouse and distribution center operations
Manage gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on their tasks
Communicate clearly with approximately 200 drivers daily
Essential Skills

Qualifications
One year or more of high-volume customer support experience in a call center
Experience in retail customer service
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
Quick learning capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Training is in person and on-site for 3 weeks normally from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. After training, the schedule is to be determined, but candidates must be open to working 5 days a week, any day of the week, including weekends. Regular schedules outside mandatory overtime are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Shifts can cover any hours from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (10-hour shifts) after training. This role is onsite 5 days per week with no work-from-home or hybrid options. Overtime is necessary from October through January. Candidates must be open to working holidays and flexible with shift patterns, including Thursday - Monday, Friday - Tuesday, Saturday - Wednesday, or Wednesday - Sunday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
