TEKsystems Customer Service Representative (70% Data Entry!) in Mesa, Arizona

70% chat support, 30% phone support, Short term contract opportunity!

Location: Mesa, Arizona, 85202

Schedule: Open availability Monday-Saturday from 5AM-9PM(8 hours a day 5 days a week)

Description:

-Customer service representative for online bookstore serving high schools

nationwide

-Responsibilities include answering customer questions, addressing complaints,

and providing support

-Must be a problem solver, quick learner, and empathetic to customer concerns

-Communication with customers via email, phone, and instant messaging

-Proficiency with computers, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office required; high

attention to detail needed

Qualifications:

-Must have 2+ years of strong customer service experience

-Strong computer skills

-Strong Email and Phone skills

-35 WPM or higher typing speed
