Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee drywall installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including financial reports and progress assessments.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

• Experience from a drywall contractor or General Contractor

• Willingness to learn drywall construction

• Ability to manage fast projects and quick turnarounds

• Ability to travel throughout New England

Work Environment

This is an in-office role with travel to job sites throughout New England, including Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and occasionally Portland and Dorchester. A company truck is provided. The work environment is within a small, family-oriented company that is growing and looking to add to their team. A candidate with a list of clients is a significant bonus.
