Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Merrillville, IN

Shift : Openings on all Shifts

Description:

• Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Packaging Equipment

• Electrical troubleshooting and wiring up to 480V motors

• Troubleshooting and repairing Variable Frequency Drives

• Troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC's

• Troubleshooting and using HMI programs

• Mechanical troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Replacing, troubleshooting, and repairing Photo Eyes

• Preventative Maintenance

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in liquid packaging.

• Working with operators.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Experience in wiring.

Work Environment

Our clean manufacturing facility is temperature-controlled and spans 200,000 sq. ft. It houses packaging machines, conveyors, and food processing machines. We offer positions on three shifts: 1st (7 AM - 3 PM), 2nd (3 PM - 11 PM), and 3rd (11 PM - 7 AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
