Join us and Stand for Good. What you\'ll be doing: The Senior Benefit Administrator takes a lead role in benefit plan design and communications. Provides overall reporting, analysis, and administration for company-provided benefit programs, including reporting and recommendations to HR and senior leadership. **This is a HYBRID position that requires 2 days per week IN the office and can be based in one of the below locations: Milwaukee, WI Madison, WI Merrill, WI (preferred) Mechanicsburg, PA Please list your preferred work location as one of the four from the list above when applying. On any given day, you\'ll: * Primary contact with benefit broker. Leads conversations to develop benefit strategy, reviews current and new benefit offerings, provides cultural background for benefit fit, and evaluates communications and materials created by broker for accuracy and appropriate tone. * Leads the annual open enrollment process, including designing and developing tools to assist employees in benefit selections, coordinating open enrollment activities (including presentations for insurance and 401(k) plans), developing communications and ensuring renewal changes are reflected in open enrollment materials. * Leads the benefits plan design processes and communications, and partners with Human Resources leadership to create and present recommendations to senior executives for approval. * Serves as a subject matter expert in employee benefits.
