The Mark Apartments Maintenance Lead in Meridian, Mississippi
Employer needs experienced Maintenance Lead Person(s) to perform the following duties below!!!
- Grounds keeping (no mowing or landscaping) cleaning grounds, pool, etc.
- Maintenance - general electrical, general plumbing, etc.
- Heating and Air - some knowledge required (HVAC Certification PAYS MORE).
- Getting apartments ready for residences.
On call nights and weekends (light load) emergencies only
