Robert Half Receptionist in Meridian, Idaho

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Meridian, Idaho. The role involves managing the front desk, handling office and vendor management tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, guests, vendors, and visiting employees, creating a positive first impression.

• Accurately check-in, track, and manage all visitors, including vendors and guests.

• Oversee security access cards and keys.

• Assist with employee onboarding/off-boarding processes, including coordination with IT for equipment setup for new hires.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages, mail, and other required materials.

• Ensure the office is clean and functional for employees, including overseeing office equipment and facilities.

• Maintain and update company seating charts.

• Manage and order office supplies and pantry items within the assigned budget.

• Supervise day porters to maintain common area amenities.

• Collaborate with the compliance and facilities team to address office compliance-related issues and communicate building updates to employees.

• Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for the management team.

• Schedule and arrange interviews with candidates.

• Coordinate and organize office events and actively participate with the Culture Team.

• Manage all Facilities related vendor lists, PR/PO requests, invoices, and expense report processes.

• Act as a liaison between management and vendors for billing, as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with co-workers and customers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, and contacts

• Experience with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Ability to organize files systematically and efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting.
