Sa-Wad-Dee Thai a very busy restaurant in Meridian, Idaho that provides delicious, authentic Thai food to the community. We are looking for a qualified Japanese Specialty Cook to be part of our committed team so that we can add Japanese specialty dishes to our menu.
Specifically, our Japanese Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Cook and prepare authentic Japanese dishes;
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
- Verify stock levels and order supplies;
- Determine how food should be presented, and create and craft decorative food displays; and
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:24 months in any occupation demonstrating Japanese cooking experience (2 years of experience in Japanese cooking).
Salary: \$36,400/year
