St. Luke's Home Infusion Services is seeking an RN to join our Meadowlake Infusion and Injection Center team located in Meridian, ID.

What you can expect from this role

• Full Time Days

• Provide comprehensive care to infusion patients in an outpatient or home setting to include the administration of IV infusion medications to treat serious infections, dehydration, gastrointestinal diseases, or autoimmune diseases.

• Work autonomously and use your skills and abilities to make decisions for the best possible outcome for your patients.

• Perform and document physical assessments, treatments, responses, disease progression, etc.

• Provide individualized care and develop meaningful relations with patients while focusing on their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Education: ASN or BSN Degree

• Experience: 1 years' experience to include IV administration; preferably in Home Infusion setting; infection prevention experience helpful.

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
