Description

Intermountain Blending & Filling (a sister company of Scentsy) is looking for aChangeover Technicianto clean, sanitize, and prepare production equipment in preparation for production runs.

Hours are 2:45pm-11:15pm M-F

What You Will Do:

  • Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble machinery following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Inspect work areas for cleanliness by swabbing and testing to ensure equipment has been properly cleaned

  • Prepare equipment for production runs by loading appropriate containers, adjusting machines, changing labels, etc.

  • Participate in production runs by performing various duties such as placing sleeves on product, checking product seals, and removing product as it exits the machine

  • Clean gaskets, clamps, reducers, pumps, hoses, etc.

  • Perform basic cleaning duties, e.g. wiping down machines and equipment, mopping floors, and using cardboard baler and trash compactor

  • Complete required paperwork documenting results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)

  • Document and report any issues or malfunctions to Machine Maintenance Technicians and Leadership

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

  • Perform all other operator positions, assigned tasks, and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in a production environment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment

  • Ability to use an Electric Pallet Jack

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Good customer service skills

  • Ability to stay on task and complete tasks from start all the way through to completion

  • Basic knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicable SAP transactions

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
