Job Title: Press Brake Machine Set Up Operator

Job Description

A CNC Press Brake Operator uses a computer-controlled press brake to shape metal into parts for manufacturing. Their responsibilities include: - Setting up and operating: Preparing the press brake for use, including adjusting settings to control the speed, material feed, and bend path - Inspecting: Checking the quality of the finished product to ensure it meets specifications and is free of defects - Maintaining: Ensuring the press brake is well-maintained and stocked with materials - Measuring: Using measurements and math calculations to determine the correct tools and angles to bend parts - Programming: Programming the machine to fit the design - Cleaning: Keeping the work area clean and organized - Analyzing: Analyzing blueprints and sketches - Monitoring: Monitoring supply levels
