Position Description:

Lovering Volvo Cars Meredith is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This is a customer service position in a fast-paced, team environment. This person is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their vehicle repair and maintenance needs and to ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed correctly and efficiently.

 

Compensation:

$40,000 -$50,000 annually

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide an EXCELLENT customer service experience

  • Prepare and process repair orders

  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicles

  • Consult with technicians regarding required repairs

  • Handle telephone and web inquiries regarding service work and appointments

  • Review repair orders to ensure that the work has been completed and additional work required is noted

  • Explain completed work and charges to customers

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

  • Maintain a professional appearance

     

    Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred

  • Customer service skills – the desire to go above and beyond for your customers

  • Excellent communication skills – candidate needs to be a clear and confident communicator

  • Reliable – the team around you can depend on you to be on time and to perform your job well
