Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst based in the Mercer County, New Jersey area. This role involves synthesizing large datasets, developing key performance indicators, and implementing business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, prepare, and synthesize large datasets for queries, reports, and analytics.

• Create and produce various queries, reports, and analytics in Business Intelligence platforms and Excel with different time frequencies.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight trends, and analyze variances.

• Implement and continually enhance business intelligence tools and business processes.

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

• Conduct competitive research and track changes in competitors.

• Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision-making from a financial perspective.

• Prepare presentations and updates for diverse audiences.

• Undertake other special projects as required.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Information Systems.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools, including SQL and SAP Business Objects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing abilities.

• Superior analytical and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
