Amergis Nurse Practioner - Family - Primary Care in Merced, California
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to fill an opening in Modesto, CA, Will provide preventative medical care for children and adults.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for all ages, children & adults.
Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
Health education on smoking cessation, diabetes, and pregnancy .
Chart documentation and billing within 24-48 hours.
Answer refills within 48 hours.
Manage a basket with no more than 20 items older than 5 days.
Complete patient forms within 5 days.
Patient load 15-20 per day
JOB DETAILS:
W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
Flexible Schedule:
Full Time M-F (8AM - 5:00PM)
No call or weekends required
Start Date: ASAP
Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active/Unrestricted CA Nurse Practitioner’s License
BLS/ACLS Certification
Active/unrestricted DEA
1 year experience preferred
