Description

Robert Half is assisting an advisory firm in the recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Located in Mequon, WI area. In this role, you will be expected to manage files and databases, assist with written communication, compliance documentation, data entry, generate reports, schedule appointments, and provide customer service to clients.

Requirements

• Degree in a business related field preferred

• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

• Prior experience working in investment, wealth management or retirement industries

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
