Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in MENTOR, Ohio, United States. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining computer systems and accessories, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about IT and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for software and hardware-related issues

• Maintain and repair computer peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, CPUs, and printers

• Efficiently handle and monitor helpdesk tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of issues

• Support remote work force by ensuring seamless IT operations and connectivity

• Install and modify computer hardware and software as per the requirement

• Support mobile devices to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues

• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide 24x7 IT support

• Assist in employee relocation or movement by taking care of IT equipment setup and connectivity

• Utilize Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Windows OS, and DHCP DNS in daily operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a desktop support role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365

• Demonstrated knowledge of Azure Active Directory

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Active Directory

• Comprehensive understanding of Windows OS

• Experience with DHCP DNS administration and troubleshooting Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
